Exchange

You have 7 days to return your item to us for an exchange. The exchange only applicable for defect items only.To exchange your item, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us. The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. Refunds

If you would like to return your item for whatever reasons, we will refund you within 14 days of your purchase. To process your refunds, please mail your return item together with your receipt back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.
